- Assigned a Disciple Mentor – The person who sponsored you will automatically become your Disciple Mentor or they will assign you to a Disciple Mentor. This person will guide you through your entire Life Transition training and development
- Contacted by the Welcome Group – Once you are registered you will be contacted by the Life Transition Welcome team and they will set up your orientation
- Administrator – This is the Life Transition Administrative staff who ensures that all the back-office systems work which means that you have an excellent training experience
- Set up orientation – Orientation will point you in the right direction and show you everything available to you in the Life Transition ministry as well as in the Kingdom of God
- Assigned a Dream Builder Mentor – The person is selected from the Life Transition staff to direct you competently through the Dream Builders process.
- Assigned a Dream Business Mentor – The person is selected from the Life Transition staff to direct you competently through the Dream Builders process until you are ready for the Dream Tank show
- Assigned a Dynasty Instructor Mentor – The person is selected from one of the Dynasty Instructors to direct you competently through the Dynasty Instructor process until you are ready to launch you ministry
Assigned a Dream Planner This person is a Life Transition staff member who develops a formal project plan for implementing the dream of each member.
He/She uses a web based project planning tools to define, monitor and manage the project.
Each project plan addresses six areas common to all Dream Projects:
- Relationship Building (What people do the member need to know?)
- Member Training (Do the member require any type of special training?)
- Procurement (What items must be purchased to realize the dream and when?)
- Funding (How will the dream project be funded?)
- Resource Assignments (Assign the required resources to accomplish specific tasks)
- Travel & Transportation (How will the member travel locally and abroad?)
- Graduate: Dream Builder – Once you complete the Dream Builders training curriculum you should be completely involved in realizing your dream. This is with the help of your Dream Mentors and Life Transition funding
