What is BAPI ?
BAPI is an institution established by Dynasty Entrepreneurs Development Inc. in 2011 to put into motion an apprenticeship system that would allow anyone young or old to not only learn how develop a gift, ability, passion or skill (GAPS) as a marketable occupation but also learn business principles to allow them to franchise their GAPS into a viable business. The business model is based upon mentor training apprentices in their business until the apprentice can be a certified mentor in that area of commerce thus they are business apprentices.
What is an Apprentice ?
According to the dictionary an apprentice is a person who is learning a trade from a skilled employer, having agreed to work for a fixed period at low wages.
Well our apprenticeship system is not based upon low wages. It is based upon revenue sharing and referral ownership.
Development Choice
Each candidate apprentice has a choice from three development programs to manifest
their business service passion.
- Start Your Own (SYO)
- Student to Ownership (STO)
- Volunteer to Ownership (VTO)
Start Your Own
The Start Your Own program
This program is based upon establishing business services as opposed to products(we have a different channel for business products) based upon your desire to operate in your gifts, passions , abilities or skills (GAPS) and you can not find an existing mentor-ship to plug into. You will go through the following process to establish your apprenticeship service:
- You discover your GAPS or your dream that can manifest in to a business
- Develop a working business plan
- Sign your business member agreement
- Develop Associate training curriculum
- You are assigned a business development mentor
- You Implement your business plan
- your business is added our business service to directory
- You train and certify your apprentices
Student to Ownership Program (STO)
This program is based upon establishing a business service based upon your desire to operate in your gifts, passions , abilities or skills (GAPS) and you have found an existing mentor-ship to plug into. You will go through the following process to establish your apprenticeship service:
- Register as a member of The Life Transition ministry
- You discover your GAPS or your dreams that can manifest in to a business
- Register for the existing apprentice service of your choice
- Go to class and learn the basic materials and techniques from the mentor/instructor
- Graduate into internship where you now have enough skills to take on limited supervised responsibilities and get paid based upon that level of responsibility. You also gain hours of experience during this period
- To certify to full mentor-ship you may have to pass a written and or experience exam to show that you are ready operate in the profession as well as train or teach others
- Develop a working business plan
- Sign your business member agreement
- You Implement your business plan
- your business is added our business service to directory
- You train and certify your apprentices
Volunteer to Ownership Program (VTO)
This program is based upon establishing a business service based upon your desire to operate in your gifts, passions , abilities or skills (GAPS) and you have found an existing mentor-ship to plug into. You will go through the following process to establish your apprenticeship service:
- You register as a member of the Life Transition ministry
- You discover your GAPS or your dreams that can manifest in to a business
- Register for the existing apprentice service of your choice
- Assess your level of competency
- Work as an unpaid intern while developing the remaining areas of competency
- To certify to full mentor-ship you may have to pass a written and or experience exam to show that you are ready operate in the profession as well as train or teach others
- Develop a working business plan
- Sign your business member agreement
- You Implement your business plan
- your business is added our business service to directory
- You train and certify your apprentices

The Busy Bee Guarantee
We know that everyone in our society are very busy.
So to show how serious we are about helping you transition into a
less stressful, disease-free, prosperous life we offer the following guarantee
which we will included in your business services agreement.
- You agree to supply us with 2 or more quality individuals per week. Quality means that they are breathing and can be reached for a live conversation
- We agree to contact them.
- We agree to supply excellent mentor-ship for them
- We agree to supply them with a business mentor at a pay rate of 60/40% where 60% is paid to you. and placed in a holding fund for you.
- We agree to provide you with 16% of all $12/month membership donations secured by your referrals and placed in a holding fund for you.
- We guarantee you a minimal income of $2,500/month by the start of the 7th month of this agreement
- We agree to provide you with a monthly statement of your holdings at the beginning of each month
- If we are not able to reach the $2,500/mo income level we agree provide you with the cumulative amount in your holding fund and the agreement will be voided or you can agree to accept the mentor-ship at the income level we reached
- You are expected to assume the mentor-ship of your people in the 7th month or forfeit the holdings to Life Transition ministry and the monthly income level to the next qualified mentor.
