Disciple Registration

Registration in the Life Transition ministry is a two step process.

Before you go any further read all of the registration process below.

STEP ONE

1. Be sure that you are on your MENTOR’S Website
2. Click on the Link “Register New Disciple” link Below
3. Complete the “Registration Notification” Form
4. Create a Username and Password
5. Submit 
6. Congratulation ! You are a registered disciple but not yet a registered member
7. YOU ARE FINISHED FOR NOW

STEP TWO

 You will receive a “Welcome” call to attend Orientation.

During Orientation you’ll be directed to Your Mentor’s website and   the MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT  menu and then click on the  “Membership Levels”  page to select your membership and complete your subscription.

You will  then be sent to the “CHECK OUT” page where:

1. You will read and sign the Membership Agreement
2. You will verify the Membership Level (and change if necessary)
3. You will verify the Account Info (and re-Log-in)
4. You will give through PayPal (you must have a PayPal account)

You will then be ready to start your Life Transition journey.
