In the Life Transition Ministry we are firm belivers that every disciple who is a follower of Jesus Christ should be accountable, teachable and be a servant leader just as Jesus was.
Jesus took full responsibility for all His actions and for any thing that was within His control. When Lazarus died and Mary and Martha blamed Jesus for not being there Jesus explained why He did what He did and then went on to make it right. That’s accountability.
It is defined as To be responsible which means to be answerable for something within one’s power or control..
Jesus was always teachable and he said it on many occasions ” I of myself can do nothing but I only do what I see my father do.
The definition is capable of being instructed, as a person; docile. In other words do you think of yourself as a “Know it All”
Jesus was also the epitome of a servant leader. He said you who would be chieftist shall be servant of all. This means that you must know how to lead by serving.
The definition is seeks to involve others in decision making, is strongly based in ethical and caring behavior, and enhances the growth of workers while improving the caring and quality of organizational life
No one can be an effective disciple of anyone without possessing these three character traits, and each can be learned
