Vetting Interest Form

I am interested in participating in the Life Transition Vetting process.

I realize that the process will consist of four interviews and may take up to five days.  The process allows me to get to know the Life Transition Ministry better  and how they represent Jesus Christ, and also allow them to get to know me better. During the process we might learn that I am not a good fit for working in and with the Life Transition Ministry. I also understand that no donations or fees will be paid until I have completed the process.

I agree to complete the following reading assignments before meeting with my assigned mentor and I further agree to complete each assignment thereafter before each interview.
