- Define the Transformation
Describe your client’s Zero State—where they are now—and their Hero State—where you want to help them go. Then define your Promise and the Method you will use to help them get there.
- Generate Your Prototype
Click “Generate My Prototype Course.” The generator will create a customized course framework using the I.V.P.S.S. model:

- Review & Refine
Your generated prototype includes modules, lessons, training scripts, action steps, and measurable success outcomes. Review the content and refine it based on what you learn from your real clients.
